Medeama SC are too desperate to get back to winning ways as they take on struggling Great Olympics at the Tarkwa and Aboso this Saturday

The Yellow and Mauves have gone drought since winning their first league match of the season.

They are lying 13th on the league ladder with six points.

The two times FA Cup winners pulled a surprise one by holding Aduana Stars to a 0-0 draw in midweek at the Nana Agyemang Badu park in Dormaa.

Awal Mohammed is likely to miss Saturday's game after suffering a cut in the face on Wednesday whereas winger Bennett Ofori makes a return from injury.

Great Olympics received a huge boost ahead of their trip to Tarkwa when they were awarded three points, three goals after winning a protest against newcomers Bolga All Stars.

The Wonder Club have moved from the bottom of the log and have hopes of pouncing on the poor form of the Yellow and Mauves to get at least a point.

Top scorer Abel Manomey can't travel with the team to the Western. He is nursing an injury which saw him last Wednesday's regional derby.

Left back Malik Tahiru is still not back from the injury he attracted against Ashanti Gold SC. He isn't available for Saturday'sfixture.
