Ghanaian-Italian forward Kingsley Boateng grabbed his fourth goal of the NAC Breda pre-season campaign by netting the second for them in their 2-0 triumph over FC Volendam on Saturday evening.

The 20-year-old slammed home a powerful low-drive in first-half stoppage-time to cushion the lead for the Yellow Army at the Sportpark Berg.

Breda, who were playing their eighth pre-season game were eyeing victory and Moroccan Adnane Tighadouini set the right tone when he connected home from the area in the 18th minute to open the scoring.

Volendam, an Eerste Divisie side, fought strongly to restore parity but Boateng melted the resistance of their defence when he quirked to control a Tighadouini pass before coolly sending a neat effort to the left, beating the Volendam keeper.

The new signing from AC Milan netted a brace on his debut game in a 16-0 romping of DSE before scoring in their 4-0 win over Bruse Boys.
