Ghana skipper and Al ain icon Asamoah Gyan has hailed reigning world boxing champion Floyd Mayweather after his professional display to beat Filipino Many Pacquiao.

Asamoah Gyan took to micro-blogging website twitter to congratulate Mayweather after the Las Vegas based boxer shaded Filipino opponent Many Pacquiao.

Mayweather proved himself once again the grand master of the noble art of self defence.

His defensive antics was enough to settle the argument as to which of them is the greatest boxer of his generation. The man who is unbeaten in his 48 fights as a professional took out the steam in his opponent and gave little away in the form of defense to settle the dispute once and for all.

All three Judges scored 118-110 and 116-112 twice all in favor of Mayweather to leave Pacquiao visibly disappointed.

Gyan himself an ace boxing promoter has not hidden his admiration for the highly divisive Floyd and posted this on twitter after the fight.
