Ghana striker Albert Adomah scored to help struggling Bristol City seal a 3-1 victory over Burnley in the English second tier on Saturday.

The 24-year-old galloped clear of the visiting defence to beat Clarets shot-stopper Lee Grant in the 73rd minute

The goal sealed three crucial points in grand style for the relegation threatened side.

Stephen Pearson prodded home three minutes before the interval to put Bristol ahead before Brett Pitman cancelled out Ross Wallace's 47th minute leveller.

Adomah then sealed the victory with a neat finish to send Bristol City to 22nd on the league table.

This is Adomah's third goal in 15 games this season for the Robins.
