Swedish giants Helsingborg have announced that Ghana striker David Accam is fully fit after recovering from last week’s go-kart crash.
Accam was rushed to the hospital after passing out a few minutes following a collision with club mate Loret Sadiku.
“I remember the crash but after that it was black. I passed out for a few minutes there,” Accam said after the incident.
Helsingborg coach Roar Hansen says his secret weapon will be available to face Gefle this Saturday in the Allsvenskan.
“He is one of the largest Premier League stars we're talking about. I think it means a lot mentally, especially to our opponents,” Hansen added.
Accam’s absence was felt last Sunday when Helsingborg suffered a 6-2 demolition at the hands of IF Goteborg.
