Football agent Patrick Mork says he is in the dark over reports that Djurgarden’s Ghana youth midfielder Daniel Amartey has completed his move to Liverpool.

A Ghanaian sports website reported the move has been sealed for a transfer of 1.5 million but Mork it is FALSE.

“No, it's completely fake,” Mork told he SportExpressen.se via email.  “I have not talked to Liverpool. That's not true.”

Amartey has been on the radar of stellar European sides after impressive displays in the Allsvenskan.

The future of the 19-year-old has been speculated and his agent is refusing to rule out a move abroad this summer.

“It's difficult to say. He's a Djurgarden player and has a long contract. They are happy with a deal and he'll also happy so it's hard to speculate,” Mork added.

"But he's a very attractive player and many follow him and Djurgarden have said they do need to sell players in the summer so it is much to suggest that there will be nothing.’’
