Ghana will face Namibia in the first round qualifiers for the 2012 Fifa Under-20 Women's World Cup finals in Uzbekistan, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The Black Princesses will host the first leg in Accra on 18 February 2012 before the return leg in Windhoek on 3 March.

The winner of the fixture will have to battle it out in the second round of the qualifiers against the winner between South Africa and Botswana/ Comoros in April.

Ghana qualified for the last edition of the tournament held in Germany last year but failed to go past the Group stage.

The Princesses represented Ghana at the just ended All Africa Games and narrowly missed out on the gold medal, losing 1-0 to Cameroon in the final.

The Ghana FA is yet to name a substantive coach for the team.
