Ghana U20 midfielder Asiedu Attobrah is bullish about Ghana's chances of going past Central African side Gabon to reach the 2015 African Youth Championships in Senegal.

Sellas Tetteh's boys take on the Young Panthers at the Accra Sports Stadium in the first-leg qualifier on Sunday in a bid secure a fourth straight ticket for the tournament.

Ghana's squad for the game includes a core of a local players and New Edubiase United midfielder who is regarded as an integral member of the midfield is confident of Ghana's chances against the Panthers.

“We are really working hard ahead of this game. We have prepared ourselves very well. A good result in Ghana will certainly make the second leg a mere formality”, Attobrah told Happy Fm.

“So we have to win by a convincing score line. And I’m very sure that can happen looking at the way we have prepared. We just need Ghanaian to come and support us on Sunday and God willing everything will go on well for us”.

Sellas Tetteh has only two foreign-based players - former Right to Dream Academy pair Yaw Yeboah and Thomas Agyepong, in his squad for the game following failure to secure the release of experienced attacker Clifford Aboagye from FC Granada while Leicester City U19 attacker Aaron Opoku has been sent back to England after training with the side.

But he has the luxury of fielding players with Ghanaian Premier League experience as Hearts of Oak's Owusu Bempah and Eric Kumi in his squad.

Kotoko's Christopher Bonney and King Faisal striker Sulley Mohammed who were in the Ghana CHAN squad for the 2014 CHAN tournament are all available for selection.

The Ghana Football Association has announced a flat rate of GHC 3 will be charged at the gates for all sections of the stadium except the VIP which will go for GHC 5. Kick off time for the game is 3pm.
