Ghana U20 team doctor Prince Pambo insists the climatic conditions in Australia is good for the team’s preparations for the World Cup.

The Black Satellites first fly out to New Zealand on Wednesday for a friendly tournament before traveling to Australia to finalize their preparations.

Sellas Tetteh’s side have completed a two-week camping in Ghana and are now set for acclimatization camp.

Team doctor Prince Pambo says the climatic conditions for their camping location is idle for their preparations.

“Australia and New Zealand have similar weather conditions,” he said.

“The climate here in Ghana is far different from what they have there.

“And therefore that was a major consideration in selecting our camping base.

“Camping there all forms part of our acclimatization before the World Cup.”
