Ghana’s U20 team will face Colombia in its final friendly match on May 24 ahead of the start of the World Cup.

The Black Satellites will face the South American side in Australia four days after naming its final squad for the World Cup to be staged in New Zealand.

Coach Sellas Tetteh would be using the final friendly match against Colombia to assess closely assess the style of South American football with giants Argentina drawn in the same group as Ghana.

Black Satellites management committee chairman Wilfred Osei believes the friendly against Colombia will serve as a god final preparatory match for his team ahead of the World Cup.

“The game against Colombia has been confirmed and it will serve as a good final training match for us before the start of the World Cup,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

Ghana will be competing in Group B at the World Cup where they have been drawn against Argentina, Austria and Panama.
