Ghana U23 coach invites five unknown foreign-based players for trials next week

Ghana U23 coach Malik Jabir has called five unknown foreign-based players for a trials next week for their possible inclusion in the Black Meteors squad.

The five invited players are completely unknown in Ghanaian football circles as they are not known with foreign clubs.

Nelson Ladzlaga, Sam Ghartey and Yusif Nii Armah are players who have previously not featured in the plans of any coaches in the national team.

Issah Nuru and Felix Awuku are also not known to have played with notable foreign clubs but have been given the chance to impress.

The selected players will be on trials at the national camp beginning Tuesday April 8, 2014.

The players are to report to the GFA secretariat by 9:30am to be conveyed to the national camp.

This story looks weird!! Issah nuru and Felix are not known to have played for any notable clubs according to gsn but that doesn't mean that they are CLUBLESS! The word is noticeable which means that their respective clubs are not well known but that doesn't mean that they clubless! Again, NOTICEABLE is a subjective word which can be interpreted differently by an observer!! For example, Dede can be famous in Ghana but not noticeable in usa!! Again, mayweather is famous in usa but not heard of by a lot of pple in Ghana so we should try and chose our words carefully!! Finally, according to gsn, thr five invited Ghanaian players are not known in Ghanaian football circles and again are not known with any foreign clubs but I simply cannot understand what the writer was trying to say or insinuate!! If they are not known in Ghanaian football circles doesn't mean they are NOT FOOTBALLERS!!! Again if they are not associated with any known foreign clubs doesn't mean they are CARPENTERS!! This site represents Ghanaians and I think is about time the owner start doing the right thing!!
