Talented Ghanaian youngster Yaw Yeboah says he idolizes Manchester City and Ivory Coast star Yaya Toure.
Yeboah, owned by Manchester City but on-loan at French side Lille, had opportunity to train alongside Toure at Eastlands.
The 18-year-od has revealed his admiration for the gangling four-time African Footballer of the Year.
“He is absolutely outstanding, all the time. He is always performing really well. For the national team, for his club. He is somebody that I have been looking up to,” he said.
“You know when I was in Manchester and when I was training with them, sometimes he would encourage me and say: “Hey, wake up, let’s go, let’s go. Keep it up.” I was more training with them (the first team) and he was encouraging me.”
Yeboah was named Most Valuable Player at the 2015 African Youth Championship in Senegal where Ghana won bronze.
The former Right to Dream Academy trainee has exhibited his high quality this senior in the three Ligue 1 appearances for this term.
