Ghana defender Jeffrey Schlupp played full swing as his Leicester City continued their impressive start to the 2015/2016 league season with a 2-1 victory against West Ham united at Upton Park.
Goals from Japanese international Shinji Okazaki on the 27th minute and Riyad Mahrez on the 38th minute gave Leicester a 2-0 lead going into the interval.
West Ham united did pull one back early on in the second half thanks to a strike for Dimitri Payetà but that was its as Claudio Ranieriââ¬â¢s side held on to grab their second victory and main their perfect start to the league season.
Ghana international Jeffrey Schlupp would be à disappointed he was unable to register his name on the score sheet after connecting perfectly with a Jamie Vardy cross in the second half but should be delighted with the shift he kept in the game as his side run out winners on the day.
