Ghana U20 goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi has expressed delight at Liefering's 5-3 battering of local rivals A Salzburg in the Austrian second-tier league.

The 18-year-old prodigious glovesman held down his place in between the sticks and he helped his side overcome a tough-looking A Salzburg side at the Untersberg-Arena.

The victory has fired Liefering to sixth place on the table and the former Sogakope Red Bull Salzburg academy boy feels thrilled with the outcome of the game.

"[Thank God for the victory yesterday. Derby win. Hard work pays. God is the reason]," he posted on his Facebook page.

Ati is on loan from Austrian giants Red Bulls Salzburg and his performance seems to have nailed the automatic starting spot for him at Liefering.
