Ghana youth international Clifford Aboagye has confirmed he will remain Spanish side Granada CF for the upcoming season.

The 20-year-old pint-size attacking midfielder is working to gatecrash the Granada first team squad as he has been limited to team B football since moving to the club two seasons ago from Ghanaian side International Allies.

Aboagye drew interest from a number of clubs following his impressive showing for Ghana at the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup at the New Zealand with a number of them reportedly interested in a loan move.

However Aboagye has confirmed he is likely to remain at Granada for the upcoming season as no concrete move looks in sight.

"I'm not sure about moving this summer so I will stay here. I'm working to get first team action this season from the second team," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

Aboagye scored twice in 19 games for Granada B in the Spanish Segunda B last season.
