Ghana international youth midfielder Alfred Duncan has expressed satisfaction at Sampdoria's pre-season after arriving at the club on loan from Inter Milan. 

The 21-year-old joined his new club for the upcoming 2014/15 season and feels he is has mingled well with his new team-mates and believe he has enjoyed quality training and expects it to translate into his season.

"In retreat we worked very well. After 14 days of work, the coach has given us a few days of rest to recover. Now we are ready to resume," he told Sampdoria TV.

Duncan, who is under contract at Inter but sent on loan for the third season on a row, is eager to prove his worth in the upcoming season.
