Ghanaian international forward Dominic Oduro showed he cans still get ruthless in front of goal on losing moments by scoring a clinical finish for Montreal Impact in their 2-1 reverse at Toronto FC on Saturday night.

The 30-year-old returned to the BMO Field to face his former side and though his Montreal Impact side ended the game with disappointment he left the pitch with his heads held high after scoring his 7th goal of the season.

Former AS Roma midfielder Michael Bradley opened the scoring in the 35th minute with his fourth goal of the season before Jozy Altidore connected in the 55th, hammering in a rebound for his 10th goal after Jonathan Osorio hit the post. Altidore has three goals in the last two games, all coming off the bench.

Oduro has been in commendable scoring form since the start of the season for Impact and his Canadian side are lying 6th on the Eastern Conference table.

While he was scoring in a losing game, Ghana defender Harrison Afful completed the game for Columbus Crew who sneaked past New York City FC 2-1. Kumasi-born midfielder Kwadwo Poku was introduced in the 60th minute to play for NYCFC who lost the game.

Poku has been linked with a meticulous intent to commit his international future with the United States of America after no official contact from Ghana.

Oduro has also stated in the past he will consider playing for Canada if Ghana fail to declare interest in him.
