English-born Ghanaian attacker James Alabi has returned to English Premier League side Stoke City after the end of his loan deal with Scunthorpe United, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively confirm.

The 19-year-old was farmed out to the League Two side in March in a month-loan deal and has returned to the Britannia Stadium with the hope of gatecrashing the first team squad.

"I have returned to Stoke for a while now, it was only a 1 month loan. I am looking forward to getting a chance in the first team," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

The striker scored twice in 5 games in the League Two for Scunthorpe United who are close to securing promotion to the League One.
