Sierra Leone caretaker coach Sellas Tetteh has set his sights on qualifying for the 2017 African Cup of Nations finals.
The Ghanaian trainer led the Leone Stars to draw 0-0 with defending African champions Ivory Coast.
Tetteh hope their first point in the qualification campaign can be a booster to reach the finals in Gabon.
ââ¬ÅWe did not win, but I am happy because we played well. Also when you get a point after playing against such an accomplished side, you should be proud,â⬠Tetteh said.
ââ¬ÅNow, we must build on this and try as much as possible to qualify for the 2017 AFCON.ââ¬
Sierra Leone have played two matches in Group I but are at the foot of the three-team table with just one point.
They last qualified for the Nations Cup finals in South Africa 1996.
