Ghanaian international midfielder Enock Adu Kofi has dispelled reports he will be leaving Swedish champions Malmo FF before the closure of the summer transfer window.

The 24-year-old former Liberty Professionals midfielder has been linked with a move away from the Allsvenskan title-holders with manager Age Hareide revealing earlier in the summer the former Club Brugge midfielder could leave the club.

However after helping Malmo reach the group stages of the Uefa Champions League following the triumph over Celtic, the midfielder has stated he is not considering leaving Malmo at the moment.

"Malmo is a very good place and I’m glad I’m here. I think my future is bright, but right now I want to just focus on Malmo," he told Viasatsport.se.

Adu joined Malmo FF two seasons ago from Norwegian side Stabaek IF and has won the Swedish title as well as the Super Cup with the side.
