Ghanaian midfielder Amidu Salifu is still a doubt for Perugia ahead of their league clash at Avellino after his return was delayed.
The 23-year-old was an unused substitute in the side’s 4-0 thumping of Brescia last week.
According to multiple reports in Italy, the Ghanaian has picked up a muscle strain and could be left out of the squad ahead of their trip to Stadio Partenio.
The African had been absent from the squad in recent weeks after he suffered a muscle tear at training.
