Promising Ghanaian midfielder Aziz Tetteh says he was bought by the idea of taking up a new challenge after three impressive seasons with Platanias in the Greek league.

Tetteh, who was deputy skipper of Platanias sealed a surprise move to Polish side Lech Poznan last month.

The former Liberty Professionals midfielder was linked with Olympiakos and Panaithinaikos but choice to go abroad.

Despite the choice of Poznan being a surprise one Tetteh says the prospects of a new challenge in Poland was too tempting to turn down.

“In the end it was a relatively easy choice given the situation I found myself in,” Tetteh told GHANAsoccernet.com

“I had played in the Greek league for three season and knew that the chance of moving a step higher would be good for my career.’

“So when the chance came to take on the challenge I never so it to be difficult.”
