Ghanaian midfielder Prince Buaben is picking up his full fitness and stepping up his game as he returns from injury from last season to begin pre-season preparations with Scottish giants Heart of Midlothian.Â
The 27-year-old missed the last stages of last season with a nagging leg injury but has now returned and playing active part of the Jambos pre-season.
On Saturday the former Ajax Amsterdam midfielder was part of the second XI for Heart of Midlothian when they capped off their pre-season tour of Ireland with a 4-2 win over Shelbourne at Tolka Park.
Buaben was influential for Heart of Midlothian in their promotion campaign as he scored four (4) times in 21 league games.
