Ghanaian midfielder Fatau suffers hamstring injury in Spain, out for four weeks
Fatau has been ruled out of action for four weeks

Ghanaian midfielder Mohamed Fatau has been ruled out of action for FOUR WEEKS after suffering an injury the the Spanish top-flight over the weekend.

The Rayo Vallecano midfielder suffered the hamstring injury in his left thigh.

Fatau, 22, was substituted in their last game against Athletic Bilbao at San Mames over the weekend.

Doctors have now confirmed to Ghana's leading football news website www.ghanasoccernet.com after tests that the Ghanaian will recover after four weeks.

This is the second injury suffered by Fatau this season.

In December 2014 he suffered a muscle tear in the femoral biceps of the left thigh.

So far, Fatau has only played five league games, all starts.
