Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has returned to full scale training with Arsenal.

The 20-year-old returns after months of nursing a knee injury sustained last season while on loan at Wolves.

Frimpong's return will certainly boost Arsenal as they need all the men they have to challenge for honours on all fronts.

The ex England youth international is yet to get clearance from FIFA to feature for the Ghana national team.

Fellow midfielder Jack Wilshere also returns to training after staying out for over a year with a stress fracture and a knee injury.
