Ghanaian midfielder John Arwuah finally made his debut for AEL Limassol in their 1-0 win over Ayia Napa on Sunday.
Arwuah saw his debut delayed last week due to late registration but received his papers in time to mark his hugely- anticipated debut for his new side.
The former AmaZulu star replaced compatriot Carlos Ohene in the 62nd minute, just a minute after Adrián Sardinero had scored what proved to be the match winner.
ââ¬ÅI am very happy with how things went. Very happy to have finally marked my debut,â⬠he told GHANAsoccernet.com
ââ¬ÅIââ¬â¢m looking ahead to more games and helped the club to win laurels.ââ¬
Limassol are on the road where they take on Apollon on Friday.
