Pescara Calcio midfielder Ransford Selasi has expressed his delight to return to the pitch again after his long injury layoff.

Selasi, 21, has not played for the Dolphins this season after sustaining a groin injury just before the commencement of the Italian Serie B campaign.

But the former Novara enforcer warmed the bench for the side in their 1-0 defeat to Bari last weekend.

“I’m very excited to be back training with my teammates but let me add that l’m not yet back to full fitness," the La-born midifelder revealed to Favans Sports.

“It has not been easy for me at all because l have not been out for such a longtime due to injury in my entire career so far ,the maximum has been one week ,but in everything let give thanks to God."

“I pray my recovery goes well so l get back to full fitness so l can help my club achieve our target this Season.”
