Ghanaian midfielder Samuel Kwame Owusu registered his name on the score sheet for FK Cucaricki in their 2-0 victory over Macva in the Serbian Super Liga on Saturday.
Cucaricki, who finished the first half of the campaign with a 3-0 win over Rad Beograd, where hoping to continue from where they left off when they welcome Macva to the Stadion na Banovom brdu in the first match of the second stanza of the season.
The Hill men were indeed given a dream start to the game when Samuel Owusu put them ahead in the 14th minute with a sublime finish just outside the 18 yard box to take his league goal tally to three.
Serbian defender Darko Puskaric sealed the win for the hosts with a thumping header just two minutes into the second half.
Owusu enjoyed full throttle of the match.
