Ghanaian quintet to face Tunisian giants Etoile Du Sahel in CAF Super Cup

Five Ghanaian players will be involved in this year’s CAF Super Cup when TP Mazembe clash with Etoile du Sahel.

Etoile secured a Super Cup date with CAF Champions League champions TP Mazembe after winning the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday.

The Tunisian giants beat South Africa's Orlando Pirates 1-0 in the second leg of the African Confederation Cup final in Sousse to triumph 2-1 on aggregate.

The two sides will now meet in this season’s Super Cup clash set to take place in Democratic Republic of Congo city Lubumbashi.

TP Mazembe, holders of the CAF Champions League will parade five Ghanaian players in their fold against the Tunisian powerhouse.

The Ghanaian quintet includes Richard Kissi Boateng, Yaw Frimpong, Gladson Awako, Daniel Nii Adjei and Solomon Asante.

The five Ghanaian players are off to Japan ahead of the 2015 FIFA Club World Cup which starts on December 10.
