Ashantigold have tabled an official bid for Medeama midfielder Kwasi Donsu, GHANAsoccernet.com can report.

The miners are seeking to sign the talented midfielder to augment their squad ahead of the new season.

The Obuasi-based side have tabled a substantial offer for the services of the former Berekum Arsenals and Berlin FC enforcer.

Donsu has emerged on the radar of several top clubs in Ghana following a breathtaking season with the Yellow and Mauves last term.

The 21-year-old has also been linked with a move to Kotoko amid claims of the Porcupine Warriors ready to break bank to bring the hugely-rated midfielder to Kumasi.

The Medeama ace has emerged the hottest commodity in the West African country due to his immense quality and set-pieces attributes.

He was voted Man-of-the Match during Medeama's 1-1 stalemate with Hearts of Oak in the G6 mini tournament at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi on Thursday.
