Inter Milan are expected to use their Ghanaian youngster Alfred Duncan as leverage to seal the signature of Danilo D’Ambrosio from Torino.

The Nerazzurri have been linked with the defender for some time and are expected to hold talks with this week to finalise the move.

Torino President Urbano Cairo had previously told reporters that the player was possibly considering other options, but other reports suggest the 25-year-old rejected different clubs in order to accept a switch to the San Siro.

Signing Ruben Botta in a co-ownership deal was said to be the asking price from Torino, but with Walter Mazzarri keen to keep a hold of his services other players were to be looked at.

It now seems that Duncan, who is on-loan to Livorno, could be the player involved in the deal.

The Ghanaian could go over to Turin in a co-ownership deal to help with accelerating D’Ambrosio’s move to Milan.
