Elvis Manu could be the latest Ghanaian to join the English Premier League following reports that Watford have had their €2m bid accepted by Feyenoord.

Interest in the 22-year-old from European clubs is fast rising with days to the end of the summer transfer window.

Manu who has featured for Holland at youth level but has declared his intentions to play for the Black Stars is more likely to move to England according to latest reports.

Championship club Brighton are also reported to have made a similar bid for the striker who is tied up to a contract at Feyenoord until 2017.

The powerful striker has come to prominence in recent times – especially last season – where he put up some impressive performances.

If the move to an English top flight side is realized, Manu will be the sixth Ghanaian to play in the Premiership this season – joining the likes of Andre and Jorday Ayew, Christian Atsu, Jeffery Schlupp and Baba Abdul Rahman.
