Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Banahene signed for Saudi Pro League side Al Orubah after leaving Turkish second-tier side Saliufaspor, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The 26-year-old former Berekum Chelsea striker inked a two-and-half-year contract at the club last month and has already featured in three games for them.

He joins former Black Stars midfielder Moussa Narry at the club.

Orubah's French gaffer Laurent Banide is confident Banahene can replicate his scoring form in the Turkish second-tier league in the Saudi top-flight.

"He [Banahene] has good striking qualities and I believe he bring a lot of good things to us," he said.

Banahene scored twice in pre-season for Orubah.
