Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Banahene scored an early opening goal for Al-Orubah but they ended up losing 2-1 againstà Al Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League on Friday night.Ã
The former Berekum Chelsea striker poked home the opener in the 9th minute before a packed 58,000Ã King Abdullah Sports City Stadium before Orubah allowed the host to crawl back to snatch victory.
Banahene used the game to register his first goal in the Orubah colours but his debut strike was not enough to guarantee the guest victory.
While Banahene was in full-time action, former Black Stars midfielder Moussa Narry played the entire regulation minutes of the game for Orubah.
