Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Boateng has expressed his determination to keep his goal scoring form for UD Levante after opening his scoring account in their draw with Real Madrid over the weekend.

Boateng, who joined the Frogs from Portuguese top flight side Moreirense prior to the season, netted his debut goal for the side during their 2-2 stalemate with beleaguered giants Real Madrid in the Spanish Liga Santander at the Estadi Cuitat de Valencia last Saturday.

Reflecting on the goal he scored against the Los Blancos over the weekend, the 21-year-old was brimming with joy over his display and more especially the goal he scored but pointed out that he's determined to add a few more before the end of the campaign.

"I am feeling very good because I am receiving a lot of calls and the messages from Ghana and it has really made me happy and I am proud of myself," Boateng told Levante's official website.

"I thank God for how far he has brought me because it is not easy to score against a big team like Real Madrid, so I am really happy."

Boateng was a product of Charity Stars FC in Ghana, Boateng joined Rio Ave in Portugal in 2014. He switched to Moreirense a year later, and also represented Ghana's U-20 side at the 2015 World Championship in New Zealand.
