Ghanaian teenager Braydon Marvin Manu scored the consolation goal for Eintracht Braunschweig II in a 3-1 reverse against Meppen in the German youth league on Friday.

The powerful 18-year-old fired home from close range to cut the deficit for Braunschweig but his goal was not enough to help his side escape from defeat.

Manu was born to Ghanaian parents in Germany and started his youth career with Braunschweig and is maturing through the ranks at the club.

Friday night's strike was his first goal in his first start this season for the club.
