Ghanaian midfielder Joachim Adukor is not worried over his lack of first team action for Swedish side Gefle IF.

Adukor, 18, has been training as part of the Gefle IF first-team, but with the team struggling to get wins under their belts this campaign, experience has been the order of the day for coach Per Olsson.

But the former Emirates Sporting Club enforcer is calm over his future at the club.

“The club is always telling me they are happy with my performance,” Adukor told reporters.

“I am not worried at all about not playing, I am only 18 and haven't played in Europe before.

“I am learning all the time and the coach is looking for more experienced players at the moment. However, they are clear that I am improving and that I have a big future at the club.

“The plan is to gradually ease into the team this season and then hopefully I can join up with the Ghana U20 side after the summer.”
