Ghanaian youth attacker Emmanuel Gyasi was named on the Torino bench in their entertaining 3-3 draw with SS Lazio in the Italian Serie A on Saturday afternoon.

It was the 20-year-old prolific scorer's third appearance in Torino's team for a Serie A game but sat on the bench as the Maroons staged a strong ability to hold Lazio to a 3-3 draw at their own backyard.

Gyasi, whose impressive scoring form in the Primavera league has earned him praise and recognition from Italy's U21 coach after captaining the Torino U20 side to TIM Cup success last season, was on the Torino bench against Cagliari and Inter Milan.

The youngster holds Ghanaian, Italian and German passports but as things stand now, it is only the Italians who have declared plans to cap him at youth level.
