Swedish-born Ghanaian youth forward Simon Karlsson Adjei scored the opening goal for Husqvarna and assisted them to a comprehensive 4-1 victory over rivals Oddevold in the Swedish lower-tier league on Wednesday evening.

The 21-year-old powered the hosts into the lead with a 22nd minute strike before assisting his team-mate Andreas Tegström to score the second goal at the Vapenvallen.

While Adjei was busy putting his name on the scoreboard, midfielder Zakaria Abdullai, who formerly played for Gefle IF along with Joachim Adukor in the top-flight, also played the entire minutes of the game for  Husqvarna.

Adjei has now scored 8 league goals in 16 games for Husqvarna since the start of the season.
