Ghanaian teenager Shadrach Eghan has rejoined Dutch Eredivisie side FC Twente after spending the Christmas holidays in Ghana.

The 19-year-old reported back on time and joined the Twente first team squad on day at training at the club's training complex in Enschede  as Michel Jansen's men seek to get themselves in shape and keep the pressure on leaders Vitesse Arnhem from their third-place spot.

Eghan has been one of the revelations at Twente this season as he has scored four times in and provided five key assists in 17 Eredivisie games so far this season.

Though the Akosombo-born holds a Ghanaian passport, he is uncapped by the West African country.

Eghan was signed by former England manager Steve McClaren during his tenure as manager at the club.
