Ghana's promotional league play-offs kick start today

The quest for promotion to the country’s top-flight league begins on Wednesday as eight teams push for the slots.

Two former Premiership sides Bofoakwa Tano and Real Tamale United are in action in their respective zones as they seek a return to the elite division.

Real Tamale United will take on Bazooka at the Baba Yara stadium while Bofoakwa will balle Unity FC at Bekwai in zone 1.

There will be defining moment for the likes of Amidaus FC, Istanbul, Danbort and King Solomon.

Amidaus will battle Istanbul at Gyandu Park in the other fixture in zone 11 while Danbort will tackle King Solomon at the Robert Mensah stadium.

The matches in zone 11 have been postponed due to pending disciplinary cases
