Ghana’s Under-20 team will set-up a camping base in New Zealand ahead of the start of the 2015 World Youth Championship.

Coach Sellas Tetteh and his young players will stay in the southwestern Pacific Ocean country six weeks to acclimatize ahead of the tournament in that same country.

The Black Satellites will engage Brazil and Qatar in a four-nation mini- tournament to prepare for the World showpiece.

“We need to submit a 35-man list to FIFA by Wednesday and out of the 35 is what we are going to pick the final 21,” management committee chief Winfred Osei Parma told GTV

“I will meet him tomorrow and discuss the provisional squad. We will play in a four nation tournament with Brazil and Qatar before we leave for the training tour of New Zealand where we will be for about one and a half months.”

The West African powerhouse qualified for the World Youth Championship after clinching bronze at the recently concluded African Youth Championship in Senegal.

The Ghanaians are housed in group B where they will battle Argentina, Panama and Austria.
