Ghana's women clinch All Africa Games semi-final spot after drawing of lots
Black Queens are through to the semi-finals of the All African Games

Ghana women's national team the Black Queens clinched the All Africa Games semi-final spot after winning the drawing of lots on Monday.

The Black Queens will play their neighbours Ivory Coast in the last four of the competition being hosted by Congo.

Ghana were tied with South Africa at the competition in Brazzaville which prompted the drawing of the lots to decide who advances.

In view of this, Ghana will face western neighbours Cote d’Ivoire in Tuesday's semi-final at the Kintele Stadium whereas Cameroon face Nigeria in the other semis clash.

Banyana lost out to Ghana, who they finished level with in Group B of the tournament in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.
