Ghana’s leading football website, Ghanasoccernet.com partnered Ghana Television to launch a TV programme that highlights the performance of Ghanaian players abroad on Sunday nights.

The one-hour interactive and exciting show dubbed ‘Top 11’ focuses on the highlights of the performances of several Ghanaian players in the various leagues globally.

The Top 11 will seek to bring to fore Ghana's best players abroad thus making available to Ghanaians the country's best players and how they play for their clubs abroad.

This will give fans the chance to properly examined players called into our national teams and help to shape the debate of whether they deserve the call-ups or not.

The highly-entertaining show will also seek to lower controversies that have characterized the call-ups of players into the various national teams.

The show involves showing the highlights of the performances of the players abroad including the goals they score, their assists and even the red cards they receive during matches.

The maiden edition of the show focused on the performance of a  number of Ghanaian players who thrilled during the weekend with Elvis Manu, Sulley Muntari, Karim Bellarabi, Baba Abdul Rahman, Jeffrey Schlupp and Jordan Ayew dominating the discussion.

The Sunday night show which airs on GTV Sports Plus will highlights goals and performances of Ghanaian players in the major leagues as well as the relatively unknown ones.

The ‘Top 11’ football magazine is a collaboration between GTV Sports Plus and Ghana's leading football website,  Ghanasoccernet.com.

The show is hosted by renowned sports journalist Benjamin Willie Graham and airs every Sunday night from 7-8pm on GTV Sports Plus.

The partnership will subsequently roll out a monthly award scheme for Ghanaian players abroad including the Best Player of the Month and the Best Goal of the Month.

This will lead to the annual award ceremony for the Best Ghanaian Player Abroad of the Season,  Best Young Player of the Season, Best Goal of the Season and the Fair Play Award winner.
