The various European and foreign leagues have commenced and Ghanaian players are obviously pulling the strings.

As Akyereko Frimping takes a look at the performance of the players abroad, Sheikh Tophic takes a lot at the best eleven players for their teams to form the team of the week.

Players are selected for the STW based on the following criteria:

1. The Coefficient of the leagues they play 2. The competition they are in (If they are not playing league matches) 3. Consistency 4. The competition they face from other players playing for the same position. 5. The positions they play 6. The number of minutes played in the game, 7. The contribution of the player to the success of the game. 8. The number of goals conceded (in the case of goalkeepers)

Embattled Black Stars goalie Adam Kwarasey picked the number one spot from Razak Brimah after lasting 90 minutes for Portland Timbers as they registered a 2-1 away loss to Seatle Sounders. Razak Brimah could not maintain his last weekend's position becauae he conceded 3 goals while Kwarasey conceded 2.

Colimbus Crew new signing , Harrison Afful grabbed the right back position as his close competitor Daniel Opare was not in action. Samuel Inkoom played the entire 90 minutes for Boavista but they lost 4-0 while Ebenezer Ofori of AIK grabbed the left back position after a splendid performance in their 1-0 win over Atvidabergs.

Alfred Duncan of Sassuolo, Fatau Mohammed of Almeria and Nasiru Mohammed stole the midfield positions while Andre Dede Ayew of Swansea City, David Accam of Chicago fires and Jeffery Schlupp picked the attacking postions.

The formation for this week is 4:3:3
