Former chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak, Harry Zakour has called on the teaming supporters of the club to give the management some time to decide on whom becomes the next gaffer of the club.

Accra Hearts of Oak ended the season without a substantive coach and Harry Zakour believes that the Phobian fraternity should exercise restraint as the board and management of the club look for the best for the club.

The Phobians terminated the contract of head coach Herbert Addo following some poor run of matches in the just ended First Capital Plus Premier League, but Harry Zakour insists they will get the best for the club.

Speaking to the press after the side's stalemate with West African Football Academy in the last league match, Harry Zakour said "We don't need to rush in signing any coach. We need time to look for the best and I can assure the fans that we will get the best for them."

The club has changed quite a number of coaches in a few years and Zakour admits that it is about time they appoint a good coach for the continental club masters.

He quickly confessed that "not all of the players will be going" with a few of them having very good performances for the club.

A newly appointed coach for the club will decide the kind of players to maintain for next season which will be announced at the right time.

Harry Zakour was the chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak when the club won the 2000 CAF Champions League as well as the CAF Super Cup.
