Ghana goalkeeper Daniel Agyei is looking for a ‘new lease of life’ after signing a one-year deal with Liberty Professionals.

Agyei, 24, has returned to the country after leaving South African side Free State Stars in just his first season.

The former Ghana Under-20 star feels he’s settled in well and ready for the challenge ahead.

“It was pretty difficult in South Africa but that is behind me now and I’m looking forward to another adventure with Liberty, “he said

“We are just praying for the league to start in earnest and then people will get to know what we’re doig here.

“I am happy and comfortable with my situation and hopefully my return will yield dividends.”

Agyei has lost his position in the Black Stars and will be keen to fight his way back into the team.
