Ghana goalkeeper Daniel Agyei has joined Free State Stars for pre-season despite earlier reported him of him being released by the Absa Premiership  side.

The former Liberty Professionals number one gloves man was part of the players who began training two weeks ago to start preparations for the upcoming 2014/2015 season.

Agyei was first choice for Ea Lla Koto when he joined them but an injury picked up midway through the season relegated him to the bench.

Compatriot Abdul Basit Adams who scored a brace on the final day of last season to save their season has also reported for training.

With the exception of those released at the end of last season, all players on the retained list reported for training.

Free State Stars will officially name players who have left the club to end the rumours and speculation.
