Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan insists they are committed to the national cause even though their outstanding bonuses of US$63,000 have not been paid by government.

But the Sunderland attacker says they will to have the issue resolved after playing against Sudan, which is their ultimate aim.

There were fears the Black Stars would boycott the 2012 African Cup of nations qualifier because of the failure to pay the outstanding bonus.

But the players have arrived in camp ahead of the clash with the Nile Crocodiles and Gyan insists their sole aim is to make Ghanaian happy by winning the game. "We are here to make everybody happy. We won our first game and confidence is high so we are simply keen to win again,” Gyan said.

“The bonus is a secondary matter so we have to make sure we do our job by winning and then afterwards we talk about the money."

Ghana will gain a three point advantage at the top of Group I if they win the game on Sunday.
