Hamburg SV fans have taken to Twitter to blast manager Bruno Labaddia for dropping Ghanaian starlet Gideon Jung from his squad for their 3-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach on Friday.Â
The highly-rated midfielder was expected to play for the Dinosaurs on the eve of his 21st birthday after recovering from muscle problem but was left out of the squad.
Jung, who had started all three of Hamburg's games before the trip to Monchengladbach, was mysteriously omitted from Labaddia's 18-man squad and replaced with Austrian youngster Michael Gregoritsch.
Fans of the club took to Twitter to express their disapproval of Labaddia's decision omitting him from the squad.
Players available from the bench: Mickel, Cleber, Sakai, Diaz, Olic, Gregoritsch & Schipplock. Gideon Jung was the player cut to make it 18.
